Every other time I saw them was back in Minneapolis, but the Sinclair here in Boston was a really venue. The place was packed for the general audience, and the energy was awesome. For a throwback band, and going with all people who had never heard of them by myself, we all had a blast and I think I made fans out my friends too.
If you ever get a chance to see them, I highly recommend going! Massive amount of songs to chose from there is a sound for all tastes here enjoy the WHY?. Show here the Crescent Ballroom was filled to crushing capacity. I enjoyed the light show but would have had a more controlled effect the deep blues could pop some white in on the band for some really intense coloring.
Many local bands here to see just what the WHY? Great show! Gabby's World opened for WHY? Energy was great in a small venue. Played new songs as well as a couple from earlier albums for the older fans. Would highly recommend seeing this show, and it's on my list to see again. Great visuals, great sound, great energy. The time flew by. I loved the mix of old and new songs. The closing of playing two acoustic songs with the whole band was excellent. Really genuine.
Never a disappointment!!!! Hurry back soon! Actually happy it moved to a smaller venue for a more intimate show. Incredible band. These are truly unique and talented musicians who care not only about their art, but their fans, as well. So thankful to have seen them on their Alopecia 10 year anniversary tour. Great concert.
